We care for adults 18 and older across Florida with depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, and related concerns. Our focus is medication management, with supportive psychotherapy built into every follow-up.

Right now, all visits happen over secure, HIPAA-compliant video from wherever you’re comfortable. You’ll need a phone or computer with a camera and a private space, and you must be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit. We’re based in Aventura, and in-person appointments in the Miami area are planned for the future.
-
We’re in network with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, and UnitedHealthcare, and we’ll verify your coverage before your first visit. Self-pay is also available. See our Services page for rates.
-

When clinically appropriate and after a thorough evaluation, we can prescribe controlled medications, including stimulants for ADHD, in line with current federal and Florida telehealth prescribing rules. Your provider will review your history and discuss whether a medication is the right fit for you.
-
Every follow-up visit includes supportive psychotherapy alongside medication management. If you’d benefit from dedicated weekly therapy, we’re happy to coordinate with a therapist you’re seeing or help you find one.
